About the Journal

Law, State, and Society Journal (Revista Direito, Estado e Sociedade) is a biannual journal, published since 1991, linked to the graduate program in Law at PUC-Rio. Its classification in Qualis Periódicos is A1. Its main objective is to disseminate academic knowledge, disseminating interdisciplinary and innovative interventions that have quality approved by competent peers.

We highlight that the submission of articles to Law, State, and Society Journal (Revista Direito, Estado e Sociedade) is of continuous flow, so that we receive new submissions any time during the year.
