Abstract

This article address the issue with the legal mechanisms of administrative self-restraint, which is based on the security of legal relationships. Firstly, the dogmatic sources of legal security were exposed, for after, explain of the administrative self-restraint, thus defining its dogmatic elements. It was concluded that this is important to establish objective parameters in the applicability of the mentioned institute.
