Abstract

O presente texto colima tecer singelas comparações entre os modelos de prestação do acesso à justiça isento de custas, despesas processuais e honorários no Brasil e em Portugal, destacando vicissitudes e virtudes de cada ordenamento, bem como apontando a possibilidade de interações proficientes entre as vantagens de cada modelo.
