Recently Gilles Deleuze's philosophy engendered multiple versions of Legal Theories. This essay proposes a critical review of the main literature concerning Anglophone and Francophone scholars dedicated to Deleuze's Legal Theory, such as Mussawir, Colebrook, Lefebvre, Patton and Sutter, maintaining a dialogue with Critical Legal Studies movement. This paper dresses a theoretical panorama accounting Deleuze's reception on the legal field. As a result, we could identify a theoretical gap which allows anticipating one new direction for further and future research.References
