This paper aims to investigate the ecosystem of neoliberal juridicity. To this end, it outlines the central characteristics of neoliberal temporality and its effects on the normativity of reality. One of these effects manifests in the specific realm of positive law, which must react to the criteria of rationality that inform it. We will observe how, at this point, an irreconcilable tension unfolds with the juridicity of welfare and human rights, as the expansion of the neoliberal ecosystem entails their cannibalization. As part of constructing a dialectical image of this phenomenon, the study delves into the case of Argentina, focusing on two key legal instruments introduced by the current government: Decree 70/23 and the Bases Law.
